I am german.For me it is a little bit like a mix dutch,swedish,scottish,english.I speak only school english.How they speak,that is a little bit to fast for me.But the difference between scouse and normal english is in my eyes not as bit as normal german and bairisch,or kölsch.I think the words are clear.
